So after months of my feet aching, I finally decided to go to the podiatrist. They took six x-rays of my feet to see if there was any arthritis or any other obvious thing that would show the problem. Well it seems that as my feet grew, the bones on the inside that lead down to my toes didn't form straight, they point inwards a little bit. This causes my feet to roll a bit when I walk thus causing stress on my inner bottoms of my feet. This has caused inflammation and the pain that I am experiencing.
She gave me an antibiotic to take for the month to get rid of the inflammation. I have braces to wear on my feet if I am off them for more than ten minutes and also supposed to wear them all night. I also had shoe insoles put in my shoes. I go back to see her in two weeks for a check.
I pray this allows my feet to return to feeling good as I really miss walking and running.
