My Sister Allison


My little sister Allison is cute
She's as bright as the sun on a summer day
She screams vigorously to get her way
She looks small with her dark black eyes
She looks smart, but never lies


Her laugh is a giggling Elmo
Her scream is a piercing arrow through the heart
Her life is lived as an Elmo puppet


Our little Ally is like a Duracell battery
She'll go on and on all day
I am like a hero to her
Through those little shining eyes


I wish our little Ally the best life
We hope you get a college degree
You'll find a job that's worth the money
And be the best you can be
